Basically what you're doing here is eating the same amount of calories but in several more sessions and smaller portions.

Look for an active hobby that appeals to you the most. If really does not matter what you do when you exercise. What matters is that you get out there and actually exercise! If there is a particular activity you enjoy, take part in it and burn calories through it. This will prove to be a much better option than trudging through a workout plan you aren't all that thrilled with.
