The compatible lenses range from ultra-wide angle to super telephoto lenses, including Canon's EF-S series lenses. Aspherical optics and fluorite elements are examples of the advanced features that the L Series lenses offer. Canon's Image Stabilizer technology, which minimizes the effect of camera shake, is also featured in select lenses.
Also featuring is the E-TTL II flash metering system, which provides reliable flash output through several exposures.
